Spacious room, comfortable bed, effective aircon, nice views of the mountains and having a balcony was good, fridge was a decent size, staff were great, good variety at breakfast, nice flat parking for our 2 motorbikes, convenient having a supermarket next door. Pool looked nice but unfortunately we didn't have time to swim in the 2 days we were there.

The room was a lovely size, the bathroom was also a very good size with lovely toiletries included and a hairdryer. The bed was so comfortable with extra pillows. The view of the mountains from our balcony was exceptional. The receptionists were so helpful, and the staff were lovely, everyone looked so happy. There was plenty of parking. As you entered the hotel it looked amazing, plenty of comfortable seating.

Clean. Spacious rooms. Quiet relaxed vibe. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Nice relaxed and quiet pool area. Towels provided for pool. Lots of free available parking. Felt safe and secure.

From the start we liked the hotel. Absolutely amazing staff at the hotel. Location was perfect for us, we enjoyed walking to the center through the town. Fantastic mountain view from the windows and balcony. Very clean. We booked for one night initially, but in the end stayed for 3 nights.

The 3 in our party arrived from the Cameno walk soaking wet after torrential rain. Laura, working at the reception went out of her way to ensure that our things were washed and dried before we left the following day. Really excellent and very personable service . The ladies in the morning we’re also very helpful to us. I am very pleased that we chose to stay at this great hotel

Conveniently located close to the highway, but in a quiet street, and also close enough to Llanes city centre. The room and lobby is nicely decorated, simple and clean, spotless even. The reception clerk upgraded us to a bigger room with balcony and it was very spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

I have stayed here before, so had no hesitation of rebooking for a rerun of last year's trip. The staff are very courteous. The breakfasts were always good. Housekeeping ensured that the room was always kept clean. The towels were changed twice during the course of my one week stay. Looking forward to a rerun of this trip next year!

Modern hotel attractively decorated. Very clean with good facilities. Helpful staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed because they had a wedding party, but the cafeteria gave us room service with an excellent goats cheese salad and a delicious pizza. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Good location for Santander ferry - 50 minutes. Free parking in front of hotel just below our balcony.

Conveniently located off the highway. The staff that night was the nicest person I’ve ever met. There’s a small pasture behind the property and the cowbells sounded like wind chimes during the night. Great view of the mountains.

Had everything you could need to make a good stay. Large rooms and space outside with free and easy parking. Staff were all lovely and very helpful considering our lack of Spanish.
